Searching for a facility by name

Leverage the search suggestions to quickly find a facility.

The Clinia search algorithm prioritizes medical concepts (e.g. conditions, occupations, interventions, body parts, etc) before looking to match proper names. This means that if you’re searching for a specific establishment and enter “ABC clinic” in the search bar, the algorithm might not return ABC clinic as the first result as it will prioritize the term “clinic”.

How do you guarantee that you will get the desired facility as the top result?

As you type the facility name in the search bar, the suggestion box will recommend matching facilities. Simply click on the corresponding suggestion to display the desired establishment.

If no recommendations are provided in the suggestion box, leave out any part of the facility’s name that refers to the type of establishment it is.
