How to reset or update your password

This article shows you what to do if you’ve forgotten your password or if you simply wish to update your current password.

Forgot your password? No worries, follow these simple steps to recover your account:

  1. Enter your email in the Login screen and click on the Login button.

  2. The next screen will ask you to enter your password. Instead, click on Forgot password?

  3. You will be prompted to enter your email address to recover your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see a “Forgot password?” email from Clinia in your inbox within a few seconds, check your spam folder.

Updating your password You can update your Clinia account password at any time.

  1. Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of your screen.

  2. Select My Account

  3. On the next screen, click on Security on the left-side panel

Your new password must respect the following criteria:

  • It cannot have been used before

  • Have at least 8 characters

  • Have at least 1 capital letter

  • Have at least 1 lowercase letter

  • Have at least 1 number

  • Have at least 1 non-alphanumeric character (@&$%?!...)
