Read-only resources

When looking at a resource in your Directory search results, you’ll notice that some resources contain a message indicating that they are "read-only".

These resources are managed by Clinia and are part of data packages that your organization chose to add to your environment. This data cannot be modified by your team.

Clinia aggregates multiple sources of information to provide this data to your workspace. Even though you can't update this data yourself, it is updated regularly. The frequency at which a resource is updated varies by resource type and ranges anywhere from daily to monthly updates.
