I can't log into my account

Here’s what you can do if you’re unable to log into your Clinia account:

  • Have you tried to reset your password? for instructions.

  • If you’re a new user, make sure you have set up your account using the link in the activation email you received. If you did not receive an email invitation to set up your Clinia account, please contact your account Administrator.

  • Check the Clinia to see if the service is operational.
