How do I set up my account?

When you are added as a user by an account administrator, you will receive an email invitation to complete your Clinia account setup. If you haven’t received an email invitation check your spam folder or contact your account administrator.


To access your Clinia account and complete the setup:

  1. Click the link provided in the email. You will then be redirected to Clinia.
  2. Enter your username. Your username is the email address where you received the invitation.
  3. Set a password.
  4. All done, you’re now ready to use your Clinia Directory!

For security purposes, the activation link expires after 5 days. After that, please contact your administrator and have them send you a new invitation email.

❗️ If you click on the email link after having completed the setup of your account, it will show an error and redirect you to the login page.
